Ms Mandeep Kaur, the Physical Training Instructor of SMSSS has gifted the abundant moments of her victory to the school.  We congratulate her for securing

Ms Ritu Arora of our school has been awarded for her excellence in meritorius work in the field of education. The HCFI Teacher’s Award  was given by the Health Care Foundation of India and its President, Padamshri Awardee, Mr K.K. Aggarwal. This special ceremony took place on September 29, 2018, at IMA House, Indian Medical Association building at ITO.

Ms Sobha Nair, PGT Biology secured her name in the Top-Three Story Writers in the ‘Science Story Competition’ organized by VIPNET- Vigyan Prasar Network of Science Clubs. Ms Nair qualified both rounds with utmost success and wrote an inspirational story followed by its discussion. A certificate of appreciation along with the gold medal was awarded to Ms Nair.

Ms Ashima Narula, HoD Computer Science, was awarded the ‘Most Inspiring Educator’ for her phenomenal inputs in directing students to the world of technology. The awards to the meritorious educators were given by Honourable Director of Education, Govt. of Delhi (IAS), Shri. Himanshu Gupta.

Ms Geetu Bajaj , TGT (Hindi),  and Mr. Arun Kumar Tripathi, TGT (Sanskrit),  have been honoured with Bhasha Gaurav Shikshak Samaan by Hindustani Bhasha Akadami for contributing in the field of language learning. The award ceremony took place on  September 19, 2021 at St. Columbo Public School.

Ms Anita Sharma,  PGT (Geography ) received GLOBAL TEACHER AWARD 2021 out of  110 countries  Organised by AKS Education Award on 24 October, 2021. The event was live streamed  on Facebook/ YouTube.

•   Honourable Principal, Ms Simmi Bhatia, was felicitated by the Bharat Vikas Parishad-Delhi Prant Uttar on September 5, 2022 at Tecnia Institute for her outstanding contribution in the field of education. She had received the award ‘Pradhanacharya Shiksha Ratna Samman’ which showcased the desire and passion she holds in the realm of education.

•       To acknowledge the incredible efforts made by educators all over the country, Indraprastha School Sahodaya and Delhi Sahodaya Schools Complex organized a profound ceremony ‘Savitribai Phule Samman 2022’ on September 3, 2022 at Modern Public School, Shalimar Bagh. Our revered Principal, Ms Simmi Bhatia, was the proud recipient of the Savitribai Phule award for her outstanding contribution in the field of youth empowerment. Her impeccable modalities to inspire and support the youth are noteworthy.

•   Honourable Principal, Ms Simmi Bhatia, was awarded by the Indian Federation of United Nations Associations and Sampurna, for her exceptional service and selfless contribution in helping India combat COVID-19 pandemic. The prestigious award ceremony was organized on International Women’s Day, 08 March, 2022,  at India International Center.

●       Our exceptional Principal, Ms. Simmi Bhatia, has consistently demonstrated what it means to be a true leader in education. Her passion, commitment, and vision have not only elevated our school but have also garnered her multiple prestigious awards. She’s an inspiration to us all, leading by example and shaping the future of education. We are immensely proud of her and her steadfast dedication to our students and the field of education.

• Ms Nishtha Kwatra was invited to the Sudeeksha Samman Samaroh 2023 and was bestowed the Excellence in Education Award for her remarkable achievements and contributions to the field of education. It’s a testament to her dedication and hard work, and it’s wonderful to see her efforts being recognized and celebrated at such a prestigious event.

• Ms Nishtha Kwatra was recognized by the Honourable Shri Yuvraj Malik, Director, National Book Trust, India, which is a significant achievement. This recognition highlights the positive impact she has had on students and the educational community.

Mr. Rakesh Dhawan was honoured with an Award and Sash titled  “Chemistry Genius” by the Additional Director of Education MCD,  Smt Mini Sharma  on August 18, 2023. He was awarded for  being highly dedicated and a sincere teacher and also for being the “First Rank Chemistry Teacher in Delhi State” by the Society for Perfection in Education, New Delhi.

Ms Meenakshi Soni, the Physical Education Teacher, has been awarded with the ‘Outstanding Physical Education Teacher’ of the year award 2018, for her selfless and highly dedicated contribution in enhancing the education of the students in the world of sports, health, and fitness. This prestigious award was given by ‘Action Committee’ on September 27, 2018,  at Bal Bharati Public School.
